The new Partner Platform feature lets iGaming operators reward contributions across several referral levels, with separate payout rules and qualifying activity for each one.

IREV has launched Multi-level Referral Programs for its Partner Platform, giving affiliates a way to earn rewards from their direct referrals and from partners who join further down the referral chain.

In iGaming ood affiliate relationships rarely stop after one introduction. A strong partner brings in another capable partner, who may go on to build connections of their own. The original referrer helped set that growth in motion, but what’s next? A traditional single-level program has no practical way to account for what happens beyond the first step.

Multi-level Referral Programs tackles that issue by making that contribution visible and measurable. Businesses can build programs with several referral levels, set a different payout rule for each one and tie rewards to specific conversion goals. Affiliates can see the network they helped create, while managers decide which activity qualifies and how much each level earns.

The result is a referral structure that follows how partner networks actually grow. Contribution no longer becomes invisible once a referral begins making introductions of their own, and rewards remain connected to activity the business can easily track.

Different Rules for Different Levels

The first thing a CRM manager does is create a referral program and configure its name, type, privacy settings and description. Depending on the incentive the business wants to offer, the program can use either the Referral Reward or Commission Share type.

The manager then chooses how many levels the program will include. Level 1 covers affiliates who joined through the original partner’s referral link. Level 2 covers partners referred by those Level 1 affiliates. More levels can be added down the road when the program needs to support a wider network.

Each level can have its own Referral Model, payout value and qualifying conditions. A business might pay a higher reward for conversions generated by direct referrals, then apply a smaller percentage further down the chain. Rewards can also be limited to selected goal types, including first-time deposits or deposit events.

This gives managers enough room to shape a program around the commercial value of each action. A first-time deposit, a repeat deposit and a conversion several levels deep do not have to earn the same flat payout simply because they belong to the same referral network.

The setup can be kept simple with two levels and one qualifying goal, or extended across a larger network with different conditions at every stage. In either case, the rules are defined inside the program, so affiliates know what activity can earn a reward and managers have a consistent basis for calculating it.

A Traceable Path from Introduction to Reward

Affiliates can generate a link for any referral program available to them and share it with prospective partners. When a new affiliate signs up through that link, IREV records who made the introduction and where the new account sits in the network.

When the referred affiliate generates a qualifying conversion, the platform follows the referral chain and checks each configured level in order. It then calculates the applicable rewards using the conditions and payout rules set for those levels.

Every reward appears as a separate entry linked to the original conversion, the receiving affiliate, the referral level and the relevant program. If one conversion generates rewards for several affiliates, managers can still see what each person earned, what triggered the payout and how the amount was calculated.

That record especially matters when a network begins to grow. A single qualifying conversion may travel through several configured levels, but every resulting reward keeps its own connection to the source activity. Managers do not have to reconstruct the chain from separate reports or work out later why a particular payout appeared.

CRM managers can also assign or reassign referral relationships manually. This is useful when an existing relationship needs to be corrected or part of a network needs to be reorganized. The affiliate does not have to abandon the current account and register again just to put the relationship in the right place.

Reporting That Shows the Whole Network

The release adds a dedicated Referral Report to both the Partner Platform and the Affiliate Area.

Managers can analyze rewards by program, referrer and referral level, then narrow down the results by date range, program, level or currency. They can view reporting for affiliates within their access scope and open the Referrals tab on an affiliate profile to see which partners that affiliate introduced.

Affiliates receive a focused view of their own network. They can see the programs available to them, generate referral links and follow the rewards earned across every eligible level. That includes earnings produced by partners recruited by their referrals, so the value of a growing network does not disappear after Level 1.

Together, these views show the same network from the perspective each user needs. Managers get the reporting depth required to review program costs and partner contribution. Affiliates get a direct view of the relationships and activity generating their rewards.

“Referral growth is rarely a straight line. The most valuable affiliates often create momentum that continues through the partners they introduce,” said Artem Larionov, Partner Platform Product Owner at IREV. “We wanted to make that contribution visible and rewardable, but also easy to control. Managers can decide exactly which activity qualifies, how many levels to include and what each level should earn.”

For iGaming affiliate program managers, the feature offers a practical way to encourage partners to build stronger networks while keeping payout costs and performance in view. For affiliates, it creates a clearer reason to introduce capable partners and help those relationships produce results over time.

Existing referral programs will continue running without interruption. Multi-level calculations begin only when a manager configures a program with more than one level. The release also renames Referral Bonus as Referral Reward and Referral Correction as Commission Share. The underlying logic of both program types remains unchanged.

Multi-level Referral Programs are now available in the IREV Partner Platform and Affiliate Area. Operators can use them to build referral structures around real partner contribution, connect incentives to specific conversion goals and see exactly where each reward comes from.
